Asahi updated and this is important in CWI arguments in Japan.

Asahi Shimbun President apologized again on Dec. 26 in response to a recent report issued by a third-party committee.

But please do not forget that this is not a surrender at all. They do apologize, but not for the most important parts.

Please also remember that the third-party committee members were chosen, appointed and perhaps hired by Asahi, though they did an OK job to a certain extent.

Still, it is a step forward and hopefully we can go on in 2015.
